Tennessee Valley Appraisal Services is dedicated to providing accurate and timely appraisals of residential and commercial real estate properties within a ten-county area. We are located in beautiful downtown Athens, Tennessee near the Tennessee Wesleyan College campus.

We serve McMinn, Monroe, Loudon, Blount, Knox, Meigs, Polk, Bradley, Rhea, and Roane counties.

We use an online ordering system to track customer orders. This allows you to view order status from anywhere in the world via the Internet. You can avoid making a phone call to check on order status. You can also place orders through our web site at any time.
